The LVL3 Portal

Sixteen tools. None of them a separate login.

Most agencies run their tooling somewhere you never see, then paste the output into a slide. Ours lives in your portal, pointed at your accounts, and you can run any of it yourself.

In short

The LVL3 Portal includes sixteen marketing tools that run against a client's own connected data: Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Semrush, and keyword sources. They cover opportunity finding, competitive and AI citation benchmarking, technical and content audits, and content production. Clients run them directly, with no separate subscription, no per-seat licence, and no extra login.

The tools read from the accounts your business already runs on, and hand back work you can act on.Search ConsoleGoogle AnalyticsBusiness ProfileSemrush16 toolsOne loginNo extra feeA ranked fix listSEO AuditA brief, then a draftSEO Content EngineKeywords they rank forCompetitor Gap AnalysisYour accountsWhat you get back
The shelf

Grouped by what you came here to do.

The portal files these by what they do to your data. That is the right order when you already know which one you want, and the wrong order otherwise, so here they are by the question instead.

01

Find the next move

The work you could do is infinite. These narrow it to what your own data says is worth doing first.

  • Keyword Quick WinsSearch Console

Queries where you already rank on page two, sorted by how many people see them.

  • Content Gap FinderSearch Console

Queries where people see you and scroll past, which means the page is not answering what was asked.

  • Content Refresh FinderSearch Console, GA4

Pages quietly losing traffic they used to earn, each with a brief for what to change.

  • Keyword ResearchKeyword data

Volume, competition, and a year of trend for up to a hundred terms at once.

02

See where you stand

Your numbers on their own tell you what happened. These put them next to everyone else competing for the same buyer.

  • AI Visibility CheckSearch Console, GA4

Branded against non-branded search share, and what traffic arriving from AI assistants is bringing you.

  • Vertical BenchmarkAI citation probing

Puts a fixed set of your buyers' questions to an AI assistant and counts which sites come back cited, including yours.

  • Competitor Gap AnalysisSemrush

Keywords a named competitor ranks for and you do not, filtered by page type.

03

Find what is broken

Six diagnostics, from one URL to the whole site. Each ends in a ranked list of things to fix, not a score with no instructions.

  • SEO AuditFull site crawl

A full crawl turned into a ranked fix list, never collapsed into a single score.

  • Page SEO AuditLive page fetch

One URL against title, meta, headings, images, structured data, and canonical.

  • Core Web VitalsChrome field data

Loading, layout shift, and responsiveness as real Chrome users experienced them.

  • Content QualityLive page fetch

Reading level, heading structure, alt coverage, and internal linking on any page.

  • Landing Page CRO AuditLive page fetch

Form friction, CTA clarity, trust signals, and speed, tracked as you fix them.

  • GBP AuditGoogle Business Profile

Every location checked for name, address, phone, hours, and category consistency.

04

Build the thing

Two production tools. This is the smallest group on purpose, and it is where the tools still in development will land.

  • SEO Content EngineSearch Console, Semrush, keyword data

Keyword research to brief to draft to an editable document, as one pipeline.

  • Blog Image GeneratorYour post list

Upload a list of post titles, get sized and compressed images back.

Questions

Do I need my own subscriptions to use these?

No. The data sources are connected once at onboarding and the tools run against them. There is no separate licence to buy and no per-seat fee inside the portal.

Can I run them myself, or do I have to ask?

You run them. They are the same tools we use on your account, in the same place, with the same access to your data. Nothing is queued behind a request.

What happens to the output?

Runs are saved against your account, so a result from three months ago is still there to compare against. Anything that produces a document gives you a file you can edit.

Is the list going to change?

It grows. Three more are in development and will appear when they are finished rather than when they are announced, which is why this page lists sixteen and not nineteen.

Next step

See the tools on a live account.

One call. We open a real account (anonymized), run two or three of these against it, and you watch what comes back. Bring a competitor name and we will run the gap analysis on them.
